"Small" and "rural" are not the adjectives you would typically use to describe a technology-embracing community, but that's what Lamesa has chosen to become. Lamesa was one of the first communities in West Texas to have a home-grown ISP established by local internet pioneers and the trend continues today. Services include high-speed internet, DSL and wireless broadband. Recent technology investments will greatly expand and improve internet connectivity to ensure that Lamesa will be able to meet the future needs of our population.
